How to order?
Step 1. Click the item you'd like to order.
Step 2. Choose your desired color and size. Then Add to Cart. If you're done you can proceed to Checkout.
Step 3. On the Final step, you can sign out as guest or make a new account. You have to fill in the information needed to purchase your order.

How do I know if the item I am buying is available?
Our website maintains real-time inventory of the items we sell. If the product page allows you to select a quantity, that means the item is available. If the item is unavailable, the quantity box will be replaced with a message stating the item is currently unavailable.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards, bank deposits through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Banco de Oro (BDO), money transfer via M Lhuillier and cash-on-delivery (COD) for a minimum purchase of ₱999. For bank deposits and money transfer, account information will be also be sent to you via e-mail after you have placed your order.

What are the terms for cash-on-delivery (COD) service?
Cash-on-delivery (COD) service is available for a minimum purchase of ₱999 (excluding shipping fee). It is available for customers nationwide.
After order placement, a confirmation email from TheRow.ph with your order summary.
Payment must be made first before opening of pouch.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is an online to offline ordering service. When you avail of this service, you can order your items online and pick any The Row or Freeway branch you want to pay and pick up your items.
This service will ensure that the items that you love are ready and in-stock for you in any store of your choosing. You are free to fit the items in store before you decide to make the purchase.

How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or texting us at 09060979197 with your full details. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of ₱100 per order for shipping anywhere in the Philippines. For orders above ₱999, shipping is FREE!
How quickly will I receive my order?
Processing time after payment + shipping lead time is 2 to 5 business days for Metro Manila and 4 to 8 business days for provinces (depending on distance from Metro Manila).

What is your return policy?
Returns of defective or incorrect items is only acceptable within four (4) business days of receipt. One-time return for change in size is also acceptable as long as item is in original
condition and all tags are intact.
* Return Policies are no applicable for overseas orders.
TO RETURN YOUR ITEM/S:
1. Email us (email@example.com) the item code, color, size of the incorrect/defective item and reason for return/exchange. Include the size/color of your desired replacement.
2. After receiving your confirmation email, visit your nearest courier service and return the package to OmniModa International Inc.

3. Send us a photo image of the proof of shipping (thru viber 0906 097 9197 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org) for to start the processing. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective/incorrect item has been shipped back to us.
*Shipping fee of the item going to our head office will be shouldered by the customer for returns and exchanges. TheRow.ph will ship back the requested exchange items back to the customer for free.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Yes, we ship internationally upon request. Shipping rate to other countries varies upon location and will be shouldered by the customer.
Please email us the items you would like to purchase (including the item number, color and size, if applicable) at email@example.com and your complete shipping address, so we can determine the shipping cost. We will then send you a Paypal invoice with the total price including shipping. For overseas orders, we only accept payment through Paypal.
Please note that our free shipping and return policies are not applicable for overseas orders.
Can I track my order?
